This week we learned about the six elements of design. So, we were given a task to find a poster that has all the six elements of design. I chose the Stranger Things poster by Tallenge Store in doing this task. The six elements are line, shape, size, color, value and texture.

From the poster above, the line element can be seen at the title as the function is to emphasize the title of this series. The next element is shape. As we can see, the tree shape to indicate that it takes place in forest, and shape of a creature to symbolize supernatural element. The size element can be seen on the title, the big font to tell people that, that is the title of the series. The color used in this poster are bright colors which are blue and orange. The next element is value(contrast), can be seen on the red title with black background. Lastly, texture element can be seen on the poster which has a folded paper-like texture.
